The Ka'Chava website is not very user friendly. I was attempting to edit my subscription and erroneously added a bottle to my cart, which was a result from a pop-up on their website that i couldn't exit when i was on my phone. I selected the bottle to get out of the pop-up, but a dialog box appeared stating it would be added to my next order. The item never showed up in my cart nor under my order history under my account. I had no idea what happened with this bottle that was added somewhere as I couldn't find any evidence it was actually added to anything under my account. I decided to cancel all subscriptions and upcoming orders just to be safe; however, a month or so later I received an email that they were sending me this bottle. I called that day to inform them of the issue and they were unable to cancel the order. The customer service rep did inform me that third party orders do not appear online in your account for some reason. I was informed that I could refuse delivery or return the item once received (no mention of incurring shipping charges). I was sent the tracking details and called DHL to refuse delivery, but their automated system never called me back... i tried twice. The package was delivered, and I contacted customer service to return the item. They informed me that i would have to pay return costs. I requested an exception as their website was not clear that this item was added to my account, nor was I able to find it in my upcoming orders. The website needs to be updated to fix this issue, or their customer service policies need to be adjusted for this issue. This is a poor business model and I would not suggest doing business with Ka'Chava until they have a clear, user friendly website and order process.

any business that doesnt have a phone number to call isnt legit stay away from these scamy fraudulent business
so a legit business will admit a mistake on their part and not charge your card
you guys stole 150 from me and wasted my time
Just don't. It tastes terrible, and they make you pay to ship back the package you return.
And just fyi, things like onion don't have much nutrition, so even the idea is bogus.
